Our delicacies
We invite you to try the delicacies from our vegetable garden as well as the home-made marmalade, fruit juices and the fragrant brick oven bread.
Every day fresh milk and yogurt, eggs from free-range-chickens.
Fresh bread is delivered every day by our bakery. We’ll leave our breakfast package in front of your apartment door – it contains whatever your heart desires.
Our products are sold as well on the Farmer’s market at Brixen.

Farmer’s Market, typical products directly from the farm
Every Saturday from 08.00 am to 02.00 pm on the Hartmannsplatz, Großer Graben.
On the farmer’s market we sell our home-made juices, marmalades and herbs salt, our fruits and vegetables, eggs and potatoes.Production guidelines: all the members of the Farmer’s market are bound to the quality assurance measures of the working community and are marked with the label “Frisch vom Bauernhof” (engl. Fresh from the farm).
