The prices include: bedding, towels and bath towels, totally equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service and the final cleaning.

All three apartments dispose of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen-cum-living-room, shower, WC and terrace or balcony.

It is possible to place one additional bed in each apartment. Supplement 5,00 per day and person.

Cots are free of charge.

Preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday; we ask you to understand that on Sundays arrival is possible only after 5.30 pm.

In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 150 Euro per week.

Reserval/Travel insurance

We look forward to seeing you. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance of arranged arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations made between 3 months to 4 weeks in advance of arranged arrival date incur a charge of price of 4 days of your holiday.
• Cancellations made within the last 4 weeks prior to arranged arrival date incur a charge of the price of 100 % of your holiday.
• In case of late arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of the apartment rate.

We are pleased to offer you ‘Red Rooster Cancellation Protection’ insurance package. Please find further informations in the accompanying information at the end. If you wish to make us of this service, please transfer the charge to the bank account in the information at the end.
